Digital Formatting Brief

Before you start:

This form is for interior formatting for digital eBook (ePUB) editions only.

If you are happy for your eBook formatting to simply compliment your print edition’s interior design, then you only need to fill out the PRINT FORMATTING FORM.

Additional Info:

  • Pricing for formatting and interior design can be found here.
  • You will only ever be charged for the design/creation of each image and not for each USE. Therefore you will not pay twice if an image is used in both a digital and print edition, or if an image is used for multiple chapters. You also retain all rights to any images created for your project and so are free to re-use them in future books/projects.
  • Reduced prices may be negotiated for series that use interior art similar enough in design that edits are deemed minimal.
  • Whilst care is taken to give accurate pricing, if the scope/needs of your project changes during editing, additional fees may occur.

If your eBook’s front cover was not designed by Quirky Circe, please organise to have a copy of the highest resolution files emailed to hello@quirkycirce.com.au.

Name of the author(s) as it is to be displayed on the digital title page, especially if different to client name.
Name of the book as it is to be displayed on the digital title page.
Name of book series, collection or anthology, if applicable, as it is to be displayed on the digital title page.
Tagline of your book, if applicable, as it is to be displayed on the digital title page.
The name of your publisher, if applicable, as it is to be displayed on the digital title page. If you'd prefer to include your publisher's logo instead, please attach it at the end of this form, or arrange to have it emailed to hello@quirkycirce.com.au.
Any additional notes or requests in regards to the design of your digital (eBook's) title page.
Please provide all text as it is to be included on the interior copyright page of your book.
Please provide all text as it is to be included on the interior dedication page of your book, if applicable.
