Print Formatting Brief

Before you start:

This form is for interior formatting for physical print editions only.

If you are happy for any eBook formatting to simply compliment your print edition’s interior design, then you only need to fill out THIS FORM. However, if you have a different design vision in mind for the digital version of your book, then you will also need to fill out the EBOOK FORMATTING FORM.

  • Pricing for formatting and interior design can be found here.
  • You will only ever be charged for the design/creation of each image and not for each USE. Therefore you will not pay twice if an image is used in both a digital and print edition, or if an image is used for multiple chapters. You also retain all rights to any images created for your project and so are free to re-use them in future books/projects.
  • Reduced prices may be negotiated for series that use interior art similar enough in design that edits are deemed minimal.
  • Whilst care is taken to give accurate pricing, if the scope/needs of your project changes during editing, additional fees may occur.

If your eBook’s front cover was not designed by Quirky Circe, please organise to have a copy of the highest resolution files emailed to hello@quirkycirce.com.au.
